Real Estate Consultant – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves generating new business, building client relationships, and guiding buyers and investors through the property transaction process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads from company platforms and personal networks.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors.
• Advise clients on residential and investment properties in Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options.
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction.
• Promote listings on approved real‑estate portals and marketing channels.
• Maintain accurate client and property data in the CRM.
• Stay updated on market trends, projects and regulations.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real‑estate sales or related field (preferred).
• Good knowledge of the Dubai property market (advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and professional appearance.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
