Real Estate Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Elysian Real Estate is seeking a driven Real Estate Recruitment Specialist to join its Talent team in Dubai. The role will support the Off‑Plan and Secondary Market Sales divisions by sourcing, engaging and hiring top‑performing real‑estate brokers and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle from sourcing and headhunting to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively headhunt experienced real‑estate brokers within the UAE market.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Off‑Plan and Secondary Market Sales.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Conduct outbound calls and engage passive candidates confidently.
• Partner with hiring managers to balance recruitment priorities and requirements.
• Screen and interview candidates, assess experience, motivation and fit.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and candidate communication through to joining.
• Recruit internationally when needed and support overseas candidates with relocation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real‑estate (agency or in‑house).
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities.
• Commercially minded, proactive and results‑driven, able to work independently.
