Real Estate Relationship Manager – Property Consultant

About the role

VR Investments LLC, a growing real estate developer with projects in Sharjah, is seeking an experienced Property Consultant / Real Estate Relationship Manager to join its sales team in Dubai. The role involves promoting developer projects, managing buyer and investor relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell VR Investments developer projects.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up with sales leads.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, investors, and clients.
• Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Manage clients from initial enquiry through successful closing.
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Participate in project launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and documentation teams for smooth transactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience working directly with a real estate developer (mandatory).
• Experience in UAE real estate, off‑plan, or developer sales.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence (priority) and own vehicle (additional preference).
• Additional languages such as Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are an advantage.
• Freshers and candidates without real estate developer experience will not be considered.
