Recruiter – Luxury Fragrance House

Join the iconic House of AMOUAGE and help shape its talent landscape. We are seeking a passionate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, driving the attraction of exceptional individuals who embody the spirit, craftsmanship and excellence of our luxury fragrance brand.

Key responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process across international operations.
• Source and engage high‑quality candidates through proactive outreach.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and create a memorable candidate experience.
• Ensure onboarding requirements are in place for new hires.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Experience in fashion, luxury or retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Proactive, curious and people‑focused mindset.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
