Recruiter – UAE National (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced UAE National Recruiter to join our Dubai team at Bin Zayed International LLC. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring qualified candidates for manpower supply and workforce solutions projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, CV databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Manage multiple vacancies and high‑volume recruitment requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on recruitment requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emirati) only.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in manpower supply, staffing, outsourcing, recruitment agencies or workforce solutions preferred.
• Prior UAE recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Target‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, job portals and CV databases.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
