Regional Key Account Manager – WealthTech (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, ambitious Regional Key Account Manager to join our specialized Financial Services team in Dubai. You will be embedded in the Wealth Management & Private Banking unit, driving software and digital transformation across top‑tier financial hubs in the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Sell cutting‑edge IT solutions to wealth management, private banking and asset management institutions across the region.
• Build, nurture and maintain trust‑based relationships with high‑profile financial institutions and family offices.
• Deliver strategic presentations, workshops and complex commercial offers in both English and Arabic.
• Monitor market trends, competitive movements and regulatory changes within the GCC wealth‑management landscape.
• Achieve sales targets, expand market share from the Dubai hub and manage an active pipeline.
• Travel regionally to attend premium financial‑tech summits and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Key Account Management for IT or enterprise software solutions.
• Proven track record selling to banking, private banking or asset‑management institutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills with C‑level readiness.
• Deep understanding of the fintech and IT landscape and ability to analyse complex customer requirements.
• Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken) for high‑level business negotiations.
