Regional Retail Design Project Manager

About the role

The Regional Retail Design Project Manager leads retail design projects across the MEA region, turning concepts into fully executed store environments that reflect brand guidelines and business objectives. Reporting to headquarters, the role coordinates design, commercial, marketing, and construction partners to deliver high‑quality retail spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Manage retail design projects for shop‑in‑shops, wall units, gondolas and other fixtures across MEA markets.
• Review and revise 3D and technical drawings to ensure compliance with brand standards and retailer requirements.
• Coordinate with global project teams to validate new permanent spaces or adapt existing ones.
• Liaise with retailers to prepare vendor packs and obtain necessary permits and documentation.
• Oversee local agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality production, timely installation, and strong relationships.
• Track budgets, negotiate costs with partners, and keep projects within assigned financial limits.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, identify risks early, and propose solutions for successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate project trackers and provide regular status, budget, and timeline reports to the Global Retail team.
• Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Commercial, and Global Retail teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Designer or architect degree (or equivalent) with at least 5 years of retail experience in parfums, cosmetics, or luxury sectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across several countries and work with external suppliers and retailers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of luxury design aesthetics.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic are a plus.
