Regional Trade Compliance & Logistics Governance Manager

About the role

The Regional Trade Compliance & Logistics Governance Manager will establish and manage a robust trade‑compliance and logistics governance framework for Fujifilm across the Middle East and Africa. The role ensures adherence to customs regulations, export controls, sanctions and inventory movements while overseeing brokers and third‑party logistics providers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the customs compliance framework across the Middle East and Africa.
• Develop and implement trade compliance programs, including export controls, sanctions screening and restricted‑party checks.
• Manage customs brokers and freight forwarders, set performance KPIs and conduct regular audits.
• Reconcile customs declarations with ERP and warehouse records and resolve discrepancies.
• Design and automate logistics control processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and produce dashboards for inventory, shipment and broker performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade or a related field.
• 8‑15 years of experience in international logistics, customs clearance, trade compliance and supply‑chain governance.
• Strong knowledge of GCC/Middle‑East customs regulations and sanctions regimes.
