Regional Workplace Experience Lead

About the role

The Regional Workplace Experience Lead is responsible for delivering JLL's global workplace experience strategy at the regional level across the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to the Regional Account Lead, the role works closely with Experience Managers, Workspace Ambassadors and the Global Workspace Experience Lead to ensure high‑quality service for visitors and colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the regional Workspace Experience Strategy and execute roadmaps to meet agreed service scopes.
• Monitor and adopt KPIs to evaluate performance, operational effectiveness and ROI of strategic projects.
• Analyse regional data to identify trends, best practices and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and client stakeholders to align on experience vision and outcomes.
• Influence operational strategy and priorities based on client stakeholder input.
• Lead sub‑regional or site‑based Experience Leads and Workspace Ambassadors as needed.
• Identify innovative services and solutions that expand client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (60 months) of relevant experience in workplace or real‑estate experience management.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Comfortable with change, willing to take measured risk and influence decision‑making.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
