About the role
Mediclinic City Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Intensive Care Unit. The role focuses on delivering patient‑centred, evidence‑based nursing care while upholding ethical and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
- Promote positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment under nursing leadership guidance.
- Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence and a learning culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in the home country; UAE experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of patient safety standards.
