About the role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its health care services team in Dubai. The role involves providing direct patient care, monitoring health status, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Answer patients' questions, assess their conditions and determine appropriate assistance.
• Record patient symptoms, medical information and changes in condition.
• Measure and document vital signs, administer medications and intravenous fluids, noting times and dosages.
• Provide basic patient care such as wound dressing, temperature checks, blood pressure monitoring, and therapeutic applications.
• Administer emergency treatment for injuries or illnesses and arrange further medical care when needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and assessment information.
• Follow company policies, report incidents, and use proper protective equipment.
• Support team collaboration, comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least three years of relevant nursing experience.
• Professional nursing licensure valid in the United Arab Emirates.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Patient assessment and documentation.
• Vital signs measurement.
• Medication and IV therapy administration.
• Wound care and basic therapeutic procedures.
