Registered Nurse – Newborn Care (Dubai)

About the role

Gentle Procedures Dubai is launching a specialist circumcision clinic in Jumeirah and is building its first clinical team. As a Registered Nurse you will provide calm, compassionate care to newborns and their families during a highly emotional moment, ensuring safety and peace of mind.

Key responsibilities

• Comfort anxious parents and gently handle newborns during procedures.
• Explain the process clearly in English and, if possible, Arabic.
• Collaborate closely with the physician, anticipating each step of the procedure.
• Identify subtle cues from families and adjust care to enhance safety and confidence.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and follow all infection‑control protocols.

Required profile

• Active DHA licence as a Registered Nurse (non‑negotiable).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; PALS and/or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated genuine affinity for working with infants.
• Experience in newborn or paediatric care is highly valued.
