About the role

Provide and coordinate patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care in the Outpatient Department of Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and legislation.
Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence and a learning environment.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential).
At least two years of OPD experience, including team‑lead responsibilities and familiarity with procedures and treatment rooms.
