About the role
Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the Operating Theatre on a temporary basis. The role involves providing patient‑centric, evidence‑based nursing care while adhering to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies.
- Create a positive patient experience by fostering a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
- Support learning by supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum two years of OT experience in a hospital setting (UAE experience beneficial).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic Arabic language skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
