About the role
Mediclinic Middle East is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Post‑Natal Ward at Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering safe, evidence‑based nursing care to mothers and newborns while supporting a positive patient experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
- Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
- Foster a supportive environment that enhances patient satisfaction and comfort.
- Mentor and coach junior staff and learners, contributing to a continuous learning culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Minimum two years of recent experience working in a Post‑Natal Ward and newborn care.
Required skills
- Basic Arabic language proficiency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
