Registration Analyst – Dubai

About the role

The Registration Analyst will support the entity’s tax registration operations by collecting and analysing data, preparing recommendations and forecasts, and assisting with research and studies. Based in Dubai, the role focuses on improving processes, ensuring compliance and providing insights to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with taxpayers to explain application requirements and procedures.
• Review and process registration applications as a senior reviewer, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Analyse federal decisions and circulars, assess their impact and priorities.
• Prepare trend reports and benchmark best practices from similar organisations.
• Evaluate policies, plans and contracts, recommending amendments when needed.
• Present analytical findings to stakeholders using reports, tables and charts.
• Monitor developments in tax registration and coordinate with management on research and improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyse data to support decision‑making, forecasting and reporting.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Business Administration or Accounting (minimum 1 year experience) OR OR Diploma in the same fields (minimum 5 years experience).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with taxpayers and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
