Relationship Manager – Business Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Business Banking will manage a portfolio of Small Enterprise (SE) clients and generate new business opportunities across branch locations in Dubai. You will be responsible for meeting both borrowing and non‑borrowing financial objectives while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing SE relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Originate new SE relationships by actively sourcing walk‑in customers and business leads.
• Upsell, cross‑sell, and deep‑sell a range of bank products to meet target metrics.
• Take over relationships originated by the DS team or downgraded by the ME team following defined onboarding procedures.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to the ME category based on needs profiling.
• Ensure portfolio quality through KYC reviews, due‑diligence monitoring, and AML compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business banking or SME relationship management.
• Strong understanding of borrowing, deposit, and transaction services.
• Ability to meet financial and non‑financial targets.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
