Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients, perform financial analysis and submit accurate credit applications to ensure an excellent onboarding experience.
• Offer new solutions and enroll clients for alternate channels and value‑added services to increase transaction volumes.
• Build and maintain a 360‑degree client dossier to capture current and future needs.
• Conduct client visits, assess risk profiles and update approving authorities on any changes.
• Deliver service in line with ADCB Service Standards and the bank’s people management policies.
• Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and standard operating processes.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience managing relationships and a portfolio of clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
