Relationship Manager – Crypto Derivatives Sales

About the role

Bybit is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to drive sales of crypto derivatives and options. The role focuses on acquiring new institutional clients and expanding relationships with existing trading firms and market makers across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives market.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing institutional clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
• Provide client feedback to product teams to improve offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development to align sales initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto derivatives or options sales.
• Proven track record with trading firms, market makers, and other institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of global crypto markets and financial instruments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
