Relationship Manager (Developer experience)

About the role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager focused on developer experience to build and nurture strong client relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to foster business development.
• Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote and build client relationships.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in relationship management with a developer company in the UAE.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
