Relationship Officer – Customer Service (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Join uBank, the digital banking arm of ADCB, as a Relationship Officer (Customer Service Officer) in Dubai. You will interact directly with customers, process transactions and promote banking solutions while contributing to the bank’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions, execute banking transactions and promote uBank solutions.
• Respond to inquiries, ensure high satisfaction and service quality.
• Identify sales leads, cross‑sell, upsell and retain customers to increase market share.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
• Resolve or escalate customer issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports.
• Follow ADCB service standards and internal SOPs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in banking or customer service.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in mall/shift branches on two possible shifts (morning or evening) and 7‑day operation schedule.
