Remote Vehicle Operator – 24/7 Fleet Support

About the role

As a Remote Vehicle Operator you will be the eyes and hands of Moove’s fleet in Dubai, monitoring live vehicle operations and providing real‑time assistance through the company’s remote platform. Working on a rotating shift, you will help ensure every ride is completed safely, efficiently and in line with operational protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live vehicle operations and respond instantly to remote assistance requests.
• Use the remote assistance platform to troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating unresolved cases to the appropriate team lead.
• Document incidents, track resolutions and compile reports for the operations team.
• Identify patterns in vehicle behaviour or system performance and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Support customer service specialists with user communications and follow‑up.
• Assist with testing and feedback tasks related to remote assistance and customer service systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher; field of study unrestricted.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard digital tools.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Calm and composed under pressure with strong situational awareness.
• Quick learner able to adapt to evolving operational procedures.
