Remote Vehicle Operator – 24/7 Shift (Dubai)

About the role

As a Remote Vehicle Operator you will be the eyes and hands behind Moove’s fleet in Dubai, monitoring live vehicle operations and providing real‑time assistance through the company’s remote assistance platform. Working on a rotating shift schedule, you will help ensure every ride is completed safely and efficiently while supporting autonomous vehicle deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor live vehicle operations across Dubai and respond to remote assistance requests in real time.
• Use the remote assistance platform to troubleshoot and resolve issues according to operational protocols.
• Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate team lead and track them through to closure.
• Identify patterns in vehicle behaviour or system performance and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Collect, organise and summarise remote assistance system issues and feedback for reporting.
• Assist customer service specialists with user communications and follow‑up as needed.
• Support testing and feedback tasks related to remote assistance and customer service systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher; field of study unrestricted.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Calm and composed under pressure with strong situational awareness.
• Fast learner able to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Experience using standard digital tools such as email and internal platforms.
