Renewals Consultant

About the role

The Renewals Consultant will manage the end‑to‑end license renewal process for IFZA’s professional partners and internal teams. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring partners are informed of renewal dates, addressing objections, and delivering solutions that meet organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Notify clients and professional partners of upcoming renewal dates in line with company timelines.
• Handle escalated, complex renewal cases and resolve unique scenarios.
• Negotiate renewal terms with partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain and update the CRM system while managing a portfolio of partners.
• Respond promptly to client emails and queries regarding licensing matters.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings with clients and partners.
• Prepare reports, host meetings, and deliver training sessions for partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• 2‑4 years of proven sales or client‑relationship experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and able to work under deadlines.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems for portfolio management.
