Rental Agent, Leasing & Landlord Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Rental Agent to drive landlord acquisition and leasing activities for our portfolio in Dubai. You will build your own book of owners, source units, negotiate leases and manage ongoing landlord relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact owners of expiring contracts and upcoming handover projects to source rental units.
• Conduct viewings, qualify tenants, negotiate terms and prepare Ejari‑ready contracts.
• Maintain landlord relationships through renewals, service coordination and future acquisitions.
• Record all activities and deals in our CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven leasing experience in Dubai with knowledge of communities, rent brackets and Ejari procedures.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results‑driven attitude.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
