Reservations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Reservations Agent to become the primary point of contact for guests booking stays at our beachfront resort in Ras Al‑Khaimah. You will deliver warm, professional service across phone, email, OTA platforms and our website while supporting revenue and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual room reservations efficiently via phone, email, booking channels and website.
• Provide accurate information on room types, availability, promotions and hotel policies.
• Review and verify booking details, payments, special requests and documentation before arrival.
• Process payments, handle advance purchase and corporate bookings.
• Identify upselling opportunities such as upgrades, packages and ancillary services.
• Support revenue strategy by analysing booking patterns and optimizing conversion rates.
• Drive direct bookings while maintaining rate integrity across OTA platforms.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales and Revenue teams for seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain up‑to‑date rooming lists, billing instructions and guest preferences.
• Assist front‑desk operations during peak periods or unexpected situations.

Required profile

• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and accurate typing.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in multi‑channel email communication.
• Solid understanding of payment processing and billing procedures.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and seek clarification when needed.
