About the role

As a Reservations Agent with Hilton in Dubai, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book their stay. Your role is to turn inquiries into confirmed reservations while delivering the warm, memorable hospitality that defines the Hilton brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional customer service to guests and internal team members.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, ensuring accuracy in all reservation details.
