About the role
Join Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, a luxury beachfront property, as a Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests booking their stay, ensuring a seamless and memorable reservation experience.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, process and confirm guest room reservations via phone, email or fax within company standards.
- Drive upselling and achieve monthly revenue targets while adhering to the selling strategy.
- Maintain accurate reservation data in the Property Management System (PMS) and OPMS, including guest profiles and special requests.
- Monitor daily arrivals, reconfirm bookings, and ensure all guest requests are fulfilled.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and guest relations abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to process reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail skills.
Required skills
- Hotel reservation systems (e.g., OPMS, PMS).
- Microsoft Office.
