Restaurant Hostess

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Hostess to join the One&Only Royal Mirage Resort team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth seating and service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the waiting list.
• Provide menus, answer initial questions, and seat guests according to preferences and table rotation.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, and address any complaints.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle guest inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and assist with other restaurant positions as needed.
• Support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operational duties.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in an upscale 5‑star hotel or resort environment.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with high‑profile and diverse clientele.
• Dynamic team player committed to delivering the highest service standards.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
