Restaurant Hostess – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Hostess to welcome guests at Azur and Solo Italian restaurants in Raffles Dubai. The role involves managing reservations, seating guests efficiently and supporting the service team during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables and manage the flow of diners.
• Handle telephone bookings, maintain an organized reservation system and update the guest database.
• Assist with table set‑up, displays and ensure the hostess station and menus are clean.
• Support the service team during peak times, including section holding and coffee station duties.
• Present checks, perform cashiering when required and ensure safety, sanitation and hygiene standards are followed.

Required profile

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Well‑presented and professionally groomed at all times.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Eagerness to learn, share knowledge and embrace the Raffles brand promise.
