Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations at Roasters Specialty Coffee House in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth service during both peak and off‑peak periods while maintaining the brand’s high standards of quality, cleanliness and ambiance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise staff schedules, floor activities and guest service.
• Maintain product quality, hygiene and compliance with food‑safety and local regulations.
• Train, coach and support team members to deliver consistent Roasters service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts and drive customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing.
• Control budgets, analyse sales data and implement strategies to optimise revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Café Supervisor or similar hospitality leadership role in the UAE.
• Strong focus on customer service and ability to create positive guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment.
• Organisational, problem‑solving and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Inventory management capabilities.
• Familiarity with hospitality software (a plus).
