About the role

Southern Sun Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its premium steakhouse outlet. The role involves overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee efficient and profitable outlet operation aligned with Southern Sun strategies and brand standards.
• Lead daily outlet operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Drive revenue through upselling premium steaks, sides, wines, and beverages.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of premium beef cuts, aging, cooking techniques, and beverage pairings.
• Manage food and beverage costs, inventory, portion control, and yield.
• Supervise specialty steakhouse operations including grills, dry‑aging, and table‑side service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team while ensuring compliance with hygiene, HR, and service standards.
• Manage Micros POS, budgets, administration and overall outlet profitability.
• Build and maintain a supportive, well‑trained work environment.
• Maintain health, hygiene and professional appearance of the restaurant area.
• Handle restaurant administration including meetings, action plans, equipment control, bookings and budgets.
• Fulfill service requirements promptly with a positive approach.

• Proven experience in restaurant or steakhouse management.
