Restaurant Manager – Palm West Beach, Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service outlets at Palm West Beach, Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high sanitation standards, and driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all front‑of‑house staff, ensuring smooth service during peak periods.
• Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and beverage service while adhering to Korean culinary standards.
• Maintain sanitation and food‑handling compliance in line with local regulations.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedule employees, and manage labor costs to meet operational and financial targets.
• Train, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Korean culture and cuisine.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
