Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met.
• Lead, coach and develop front‑of‑house staff to provide memorable guest interactions.
• Manage inventory control and coordinate with back‑of‑house teams to maintain smooth service flow.
• Handle guest feedback promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards.
