Restaurant Waiter – Dubai

About the role

The Restaurant Waiter will serve food and beverages to guests at Villamore Restaurant in Dubai, providing courteous, professional and efficient service that reflects Kempinski’s luxury standards and DNA values.

Key responsibilities

• Present menus, answer guest queries about portions, ingredients and allergens.
• Upsell menu items and suggest alternatives to maximise sales.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS ordering software or order slips.
• Communicate orders to kitchen staff and serve dishes and beverages promptly.
• Arrange table settings, maintain a tidy dining area and ensure cleanliness of the work environment.
• Deliver checks, collect payments and handle opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor supplies, equipment and minimise waste.
• Handle guest enquiries courteously and report any complaints to supervisors.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a waiter in a similar role, preferably in an international luxury five‑star hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
