About the role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Counter Sales professional to join our showroom in Deira Gold Souk, Dubai. The role involves assisting walk‑in customers, primarily goldsmiths and jewellery workshops, and promoting a range of jewellery‑making tools and industrial supplies.
Key responsibilities
- Handle walk‑in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.
- Sell jewellery‑making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers.
- Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
Required profile
- Counter/retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
- Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
- Hindi, Gujarati or Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn technical product details.
What we offer
- Salary: AED 2,500 per month.
- Accommodation provided.
- Transport allowance.
