Retail HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Retail HR Business Partner to join our Dubai team. You will act as the strategic HR liaison for the retail division, aligning people initiatives with business goals and fostering a high‑performance culture across stores and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for retail employees and managers.
• Deliver HR processes and initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Handle complex employee relations matters such as disputes, disciplinary actions, grievances, and absence management.
• Provide expert guidance on UAE labour law and internal HR policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to offer data‑driven recommendations to retail leadership.
• Lead organisational change projects, ensuring smooth implementation and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR role within a fast‑paced retail environment.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with solid decision‑making skills.
