About the role
The Sales Assistant will drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience at the Toys “R” Us store in Dubai Festival City. You will support store operations, maintain visual standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly, energetic attitude and provide product information.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms, handle cash‑wrap transactions, and promote add‑on sales.
- Capture customer data, sell gift cards, and follow up on enquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment, including cash‑wrap and visual merchandising standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
- Physical ability to stand for at least 8 hours and perform occasional heavy lifting.
Required skills
- Good verbal communication.
- Ability to use CAD tools effectively.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator or Photoshop.
