Retail Sales Executive

About the role

The Retail Sales Executive will represent iSTYLE UAE’s store in Dubai, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through product knowledge and effective selling techniques. You will be the face of the store, ensuring a professional image and a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, actively engaging customers and meeting monthly sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with shoppers, cross‑sell and upsell products, and provide clear product information.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing according to merchandising guidelines.
• Stay informed about all product lines, promotions, advertisements, and new releases.
• Assist with stock receipt, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Identify and respond to security risks or theft incidents promptly and professionally.
• Follow all store policies, especially those related to payments, exchanges, and loss prevention.
• Complete required trainings, maintain up‑to‑date certificates, and adhere to service standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s/Technical degree preferred).
• No prior retail experience required; willingness to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic numeracy for handling transactions.
• Attention to detail for visual merchandising and stock handling.
• Ability to recognize and address security concerns.
