About the role
As a Retail Sales Representative for Toys R Us, you will combine a professional, positive approach with enthusiasm for the brand and its products. You will use your product knowledge to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable toys.
- Maintain and replenish the sales floor to ensure product availability.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets while delivering high‑quality service.
- Report to the Store Manager on sales performance and stock levels.
- Work flexible shifts across a six‑day week, including weekends.
Required profile
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a toy or consumer‑goods environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good spoken English.
- Team‑player attitude, reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
