Sales Operations Specialist – Hospitality Supplies

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Sales Operations Specialist to support regional business development across the EMEA region. The role combines operational ownership with commercial data analysis, requiring strong Excel and ERP expertise to generate actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Review commercial agreements, quotations and pricing structures for compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate tenders, bids and customer quotations while liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Support order pre‑processing and ensure accurate information flow across operational teams.
• Maintain pricing master data and ensure consistency across ERP systems.
• Produce regular sales, pricing and customer reports to aid business decision‑making.
• Assist with margin analysis, budgeting activities and performance tracking.
• Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, finance, customer service and supply‑chain stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Experience in sales operations, commercial support, pricing or related functions.
• Strong experience working with ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including data analysis and large‑dataset management.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple departments.
• Experience in FMCG, distribution, hospitality or trading sectors is advantageous.
