Risk Management Manager

About the role

The Risk Management Manager will lead the Enterprise Assurance function, ensuring that operational and tactical risk registers are accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with Dubai Airports' strategic objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to embed proactive risk management across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and deliver reliable operational and tactical risk registers.
• Control risk assessments to cover key processes and identify critical deficiencies.
• Produce feasibility studies, risk reports, management information packs, risk updates and GRC software reports.
• Facilitate internal and external risk information sharing to support effective controls.
• Implement cost‑of‑risk analysis in coordination with the Chief Procurement Officer and Business‑as‑Usual teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business administration, risk management or related fields.
• Good understanding of airport operations from airside to terminal functions.
• Experience in data collection, statistical analysis and data presentation.
• Participation in enterprise risk‑management courses or seminars.
