Sales Account Manager – Cyber Security & Managed Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive growth of our Cyber Security, Cloud and Managed Services portfolio across the UAE. The role focuses on managing key enterprise and commercial accounts, generating new business, and delivering recurring revenue through a range of security and continuity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• Develop strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Managers, Procurement Teams and other stakeholders
• Generate revenue through Cyber Security and Managed Services solutions
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations and solution discovery sessions
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial offers
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Drive renewals, upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
• Coordinate with presales, technical and vendor teams to deliver customer requirements
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cyber Security, Managed Services, Cloud or Enterprise IT sales
• Proven track record in account management and business development
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and managed service offerings
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• Experience working with enterprise and mid‑market customers
• UAE market experience preferred
• UAE driving licence is an advantage
