Sales Advisor – Car Rental Experience

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our car‑rental team in Ras Al Khor, Dubai. You will be responsible for driving rental sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target corporate and individual customers to promote rental services.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking and client meetings.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Present rental packages, promotions and services, and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth booking, delivery and return processes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and prepare regular sales reports.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the fleet, rental policies, promotions and industry trends.
• Coordinate with operations and customer‑service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years proven experience in the car‑rental industry.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer‑service practices.
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
