Sales and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

SPT Middle East General Trading is seeking a proactive Sales and Logistics Coordinator to support its operations in the UAE. The role bridges sales activities with end‑to‑end logistics, ensuring that customer orders are processed, documented, and delivered efficiently while maintaining high levels of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process sales, import/export, and shipping documentation such as proforma invoices, purchase agreements, shipping instructions and delivery notes.
• Coordinate customs clearance procedures for both import and export shipments, working closely with customs brokers, clearing agents and government authorities.
• Liaise with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transport companies and warehouses to guarantee timely clearance, shipment and delivery of goods.
• Monitor shipment status from origin to destination, preventing demurrage, detention or unnecessary port charges.
• Review and verify all commercial, shipping and customs documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in logistics, shipping documentation or customs clearance.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders including suppliers, agents and authorities.
