Sales and Partner Manager

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a dynamic Sales and Partner Manager to drive growth and expand market presence for its cybersecurity portfolio in the Middle East. You will work from the Dubai office, building strong partner relationships and delivering tailored solutions to key clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, including resellers, system integrators, and technology vendors.
• Identify and penetrate new market segments across finance, healthcare, government, and energy industries in the Middle East.
• Understand client needs and present tailored cybersecurity solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cyber threats to position the company as a market leader.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or partner management experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or technology distribution.
• Strong network of contacts within the Middle East, especially the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the Middle East as needed.
