About the role
The Sales Assistant will generate sales and deliver a positive customer experience at the Toys “R” Us store in Dubai Festival City. Reporting to store management, the role combines front‑line service, sales support and store upkeep to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly, provide product information and thank them on exit.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms, operate the cash wrap, sell gift cards and capture customer data.
- Upsell and add‑on items during interactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment, including cash‑wrap cleanliness and visual presentation.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform lifting tasks.
- Customer‑service orientation with a proactive, energetic attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD tools.
