Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate represents the brand in a retail environment, driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and assist in creating a seamless shopping experience under the guidance of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable products, converting browsers into buyers.
• Promote the loyalty program and follow the GUEST service model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
• Maintain a professional appearance, stay flexible for peak periods, and keep product knowledge up‑to‑date.
• Arrange merchandise according to visual‑merchandising guidelines, manage stock, and record inventory movements.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, balance cash tills, process payments, issue receipts and refunds, and uphold loss‑prevention policies.
• Replenish and re‑merchandise the sales floor to ensure product availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a sales or retail role is preferred.

Required skills

• Point of Sale (POS) system operation.
• Cash handling and till reconciliation.
• Inventory management and stock record‑keeping.
