Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will represent the brand in a retail environment, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain store standards, support visual merchandising, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, converting browsers into buyers and promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a professional appearance and stay flexible for extended hours during peak periods.
• Display products attractively, follow visual merchandising guidelines, and manage stock, especially clearance items.
• Operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and balance the till.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, replenish the sales floor, and follow loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales or retail experience preferred.
• Professional grooming and a flexible schedule.
• Up‑to‑date product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
