Sales & Business Development Manager – Defence (UAE)

About the role

Our client, a leading organisation in the Defence & Security sector, is looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. This permanent position will focus on complex sales of C4i, Electronic Warfare and Secure Communications solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets in the defence market.
• Manage and nurture key accounts in the UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth for C4i, EW and Secure Communications solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with government and defence organisations.
• Lead negotiations, close complex sales deals and manage contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide regular sales activity reports and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the Defence & Security sector.
• Track record of managing complex sales processes and achieving targets.
• Strong knowledge of defence markets in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
